The house is located in a gated community on the beautiful Marceneiro Beach, an environmental protection area with soft white sand and an incredible blue sea.

It is ideal for children, walks, and is very safe. The beach is in Barra de Camaragibe, on the North Coast of Alagoas, along the Ecological Route of Milagres, and has been awarded the Blue Flag certification for the fourth consecutive year. This international certification confirms that the beach offers sustainable tourism, safety, and promotes social responsibility.

The house has a privileged location and is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for an exceptional stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can hire our cooks, who specialize in local dishes and Brazilian cuisine, to prepare breakfast, lunch, and appetizers. This service can be arranged after the reservation is confirmed.

You have exclusive (non-shared) access to the entire house. The beach is right in front of the condominium, just 50 meters away, and access to it is exclusively through the condominium.

**Electricity will be charged additionally at the end of the reservation. Consumption will be calculated based on the difference in the photographic record of the meter, taken at check-in and check-out. The cost will be R$ 1.10 per kWh consumed during the stay.**
