The house is located in a private condominium on the stunning Praia do Patacho, a protected environmental area with soft white sand and an incredible blue sea.

It is perfect for children, long walks, and is extremely safe. Praia do Patacho, located in Porto de Pedras, on the Northern Coast of Alagoas, is part of the famous Ecological Route of Miracles and has been awarded the Blue Flag certification for the fourth consecutive year. This international recognition ensures that the beach upholds sustainable tourism, safety, and social responsibility.

You have exclusive (non-shared) access to the entire house. The beach is located right in front of the condominium, just 190 meters from the house, and access is through the exclusive beach club, which offers rotating parking for guests.

Electricity will be charged additionally at the end of the stay. It will be calculated based on the difference in the photographic record of the meter, taken at check-in and check-out. The rate is R$ 1.10 per kWh consumed during the stay.
