The house is located in the Eco Patacho Residence Condominium, on Patacho Beach, a protected environmental area with white sand and a stunning blue sea. It is perfect for children, walks, and is very safe. Located in Porto de Pedras, on the Ecological Route of Miracles, Patacho Beach has received the Blue Flag certification for the second consecutive year, an international recognition that ensures sustainable tourism, safety, and social responsibility.

You have exclusive (non-shared) access to the entire house. The beach is located right in front of the condominium, just 90 meters from the house, and access is through the exclusive beach club, which offers rotating parking for guests.

Electricity will be charged additionally at the end of the stay. It will be calculated based on the difference in the photographic record of the meter, taken at check-in and check-out. The rate is R$ 1.10 per kWh consumed during the stay.

The nearest airports are the Zumbi dos Palmares International Airport (Maceió Airport), situated in Maceió, approximately 125 km away, and the Recife/Guararapes - Gilberto Freyre International Airport, located in Recife, about 200 km away. These airports are the main options in the region to access the beautiful Praia do Patacho.
