It features a beautiful outdoor gourmet area with a bar and a stunning pool with a deck and hammock area. For those who enjoy exploring different parts of the beach, we provide beach chairs with a cart, umbrella, cooler, and 2 hats to protect you and help you take beautiful photos.

You have exclusive (non-shared) access to the entire house. The beach is in front of the condominium, and access is through an exclusive garden (shared with 5 other units) or via the side street. We have 1 private garage and an additional parking space on the street.

Electricity will be charged separately at the end of the stay. It will be calculated based on the difference in the photographic record of the meter, taken at check-in and check-out. The rate is R$ 1.10 per kWh consumed during the stay.

*Obs* We will maintain full-time contact. We recommend raft, buggy, and bike tours, as well as pharmacies, health centers, various restaurants, and even beach clubs. We assist in creating menus and suggest local markets and suppliers for app-based shopping, which will be delivered to the house through delivery services. A cook for lunch and dinner can be hired additionally. We have a local team ready to provide necessary support in case of any contingencies. Generally, the recommendation is to take the AL-101 Norte, which is the main highway along the coastal region of Alagoas. From Zumbi dos Palmares International Airport in Maceió, Praia do Riacho is approximately 100 km away, while Recife/Guararapes - Gilberto Freyre International Airport is about 130 km away. It's recommended to rent a car or use taxi/transfer services to get to Praia do Riacho as this will facilitate access and transportation around the region.
