To hire bands, musicians, or any other professional at the house, please request a quote from the host.

The entry of visitors (people who will spend a few hours and not stay overnight at the house) must be requested. If unauthorized people are found to have entered, a fee of R$ 300.00 (three hundred reais) per additional person will be charged for every 5 hours of presence in the house.

When leaving the house, turn off all electronic equipment.

The guest will be responsible for any broken items, damages, or harm to the property.

Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Staying in the property outside the scheduled and authorized times will result in an immediate fine of 20% of the reservation amount per hour of unauthorized stay, plus any damages for financial impact if we have to alter other guests' reservations, without prejudice to other applicable measures.

Electricity will be charged additionally at the end of the reservation. It will be calculated based on the difference in the photographic meter reading, provided at check-in and check-out. The rate will be R$ 1.20 per kWh consumed during the stay.

If the noise ordinance is violated, an immediate fine of 20% of the reservation amount will be applied for each complaint made by neighbors or the condominium, without prejudice to other applicable measures.

At check-in, all guests will need to confirm their identification with a photo ID.

Only small dogs (up to 10kg) with a friendly temperament are allowed.

9.1. The pet owner must bring leashes and cleaning supplies and will be responsible for cleaning up their pet's solid and liquid waste, including inside the apartment.

9.2. Under no circumstances should the house's linens be used for the pet's comfort or cleaning, such as towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, etc.

9.3. In the hotel's social areas, the pet must be transported with a leash and collar, and it is not allowed to roam freely on the hotel premises.

9.4. The owner will be responsible for any incidents caused by their pet and must compensate for any damages caused.

9.5. Pets are not allowed to accompany their owners to communal swimming pools in the condominium.

9.6. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the stay to preserve the house, as well as a cleaning fee and/or a fine of R$ 900.00 when applicable.

9.7. The pet owner must take full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet to any guest, employee, or visitor of the inn, holding the company harmless and indemnifying it from any legal or extrajudicial claims that may arise.
