2 Express your opposition and/or revoke your consent to the use of your Personal Data; or

3 Request the deletion of your Personal Data that has been collected by Moments Stays.

The user is aware that the deletion of essential information for managing their account with Moments Stays will result in the termination of their registration on the Site, with consequent cancellation of the services then provided. However, even in this case, Moments Stays may keep personal data stored, without subjecting them to active processing, in order to comply with its legal data storage obligations or for the legal defense of its interests.

For the purposes of maintaining your and our security, we may request, when requesting to exercise rights, confirmation of your identity through the mechanisms and tools available.
