Tatuamunha Beach is located on the north coast of Alagoas, Brazil. The nearest airports are Zumbi dos Palmares International Airport (Maceió Airport), located in Maceió, approximately 125 km away, and Recife/Guararapes - Gilberto Freyre International Airport, in Recife, approximately 200 km away. These airports are the main options in the region for accessing the beautiful Tatuamunha Beach.

It is recommended to rent a car or use taxi/transfer services to get to Riacho Beach, as this will facilitate access and transportation around the region.

Below, we present the main points that govern your stay:

PURPOSE

The purpose of these TERMS is to rent the property managed by MOMENTS STAYS for you for the season.

The properties listed on the website are residential, without hotel characteristics, and follow the rules of the seasonal rental law.

You declare that you are aware of the local rules, the neighborhood rules, and municipal, state and federal laws, and undertake to comply with them, especially regarding “laws against disturbing the peace”.

You also declare that you are aware of the rules of the condominium where the property is located and undertake to comply with them.

You must return the property and its belongings in the condition in which they were delivered.

Any violation or damage to the property or its items will be your responsibility, with repair costs charged in advance, according to the budget, in addition to fines established here.

IDENTIFICATION AND ACCESS

Information at the time of booking: The number of guests (people and pets) must be duly filled in at the time of booking for evaluation, planning and pricing of the accommodation. The reservation is your responsibility and cannot be made for third parties.

Mandatory Documentation: In addition to you, all invited guests, including children, must present a valid identification document to enter the property or condominium. Without this documentation, check-in will not be allowed.

Visitors: The entry of visitors must be previously authorized by the host. The presence of unauthorized people will result in a fine of R$300.00 per additional person for each hour of stay in the property.

Time of arrival and departure of the property

SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Accident Prevention: Make sure to turn off all electronic devices and close doors and windows when leaving the property.

Responsibility for Valuable Items: You are responsible for your personal items. Do not leave personal items in common areas or with the property open. We recommend that you store valuables in a safe place.

Damage to the Property: Any damage caused to the property, decorative items or equipment will be charged directly to the person responsible.

Child and Senior Safety: Children and seniors must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT AND STAY

Times:

Check-in: From 2pm.

Check-out: Until 11am.

About early check-in: If the request is made after this time, and we have availability (property prepared and people to perform the check-in), the request must follow the following commercial rules:

- check-in between 8am and 11am, 30% of the daily rate;

- between 5am and 8am, 50% of the daily rate;

- before 5am, payment of an additional daily rate.

About late check-out: If there is a request for a later time, and availability, the following commercial rules must be followed:

- Until 5pm, 30% of the daily rate;

- Until 8pm, 50% of the daily rate;

- ⁠from 8pm onwards, payment of an additional daily rate.

Fine for Staying Outside of Schedule: 20% of the total daily rate per additional hour, with additional charges in case of impact on future reservations.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

The cancellation rules before the scheduled check-in date will follow the conditions provided for each property at the time of booking, and you are responsible for reading the information before booking the property.

In case of cancellation or failure to appear on the scheduled check-in date (or after it), there will be no refund of the amounts paid under any circumstances. Likewise, there will be no refund of the rent if you decide to leave the property before the deadline.

Changes to the reservation dates will only be permitted upon prior written confirmation from Moments Stays, and it is NOT an obligation of Moments Stays to accept such a request.

PET POLICY

For properties that accept pets, small animals (up to 10 kg) with up-to-date vaccinations and a friendly temperament are allowed, upon prior request.

Maximum of 1 animal (for every 2 rooms booked), and the proportion of breed to size of the rented property must be observed, with an additional fee of R$60.00/PER NIGHT and PER PET to be included in the total amount of the reservation;

Special cases that do not meet the above rule may be evaluated, upon prior request, according to the size of the pets, length of stay, size and specific policies of the property, and if AUTHORIZED, a special deposit of R$5,000.00 (five thousand reais) will be charged to be used exclusively to cover any possible expenses.
