When making the reservation, you accept these rules and the terms of use outlined on our website. Below are the main points:

1. To book bands or musicians at the venue, request a quote from the host;

2. Entry of visitors (individuals who will spend a few hours and not stay overnight) must be requested. In case unauthorized individuals are found on the premises, a fee of R$ 300.00 (three hundred Brazilian reais) will be charged per additional person for every 5 hours of presence at the venue;

3. Upon leaving the venue, please turn off all electronic equipment. If it is discovered that electronic equipment was left on, a fee of R$ 100.00 (one hundred Brazilian reais) per day will be charged for each occurrence to offset extra expenses for electricity and maintenance;

4. The guest will be responsible for any broken, damaged, or missing items from the property.

5. Remaining on the property outside of the scheduled and authorized hours will result in an immediate fine of 20% of the reservation value for each hour of unauthorized stay, plus any financial impact damages if we have to alter bookings for other guests, without prejudice to other applicable measures;

6. In case of breach of the noise ordinance, an immediate fine of 20% of the reservation value will be applied for each complaint made by neighbors or by the condominium, without prejudice to other applicable measures.

7. At check-in, it will be necessary to confirm the identification of all guests through documentation.

8. Only small dogs (up to 10kg) with a friendly temperament will be accepted.

The owner must bring leashes, hygiene materials, and will be responsible for cleaning up solid and liquid waste, even within the apartment.

Under no circumstances should the house linen be used for the comfort or cleaning of the animal, such as towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, etc.

In the hotel's common areas, the animal must be transported with a leash and collar, and cannot roam freely around the hotel properties.

The owner will be responsible for any incidents caused by their animal and must reimburse any damages caused by it.

The animal cannot accompany the owner to communal pools in the condominium.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the stay to preserve the property, as well as a cleaning fee and/or a fine of R$ 900.00 when applicable.

The owner must assume full and complete responsibility for any personal or property damage caused by the pet, suffered by any guest, employee, or visitor of the Inn, exempting and indemnifying company X from any judicial or extrajudicial claim that may arise.
