The region is idyllic and has miles of deserted beaches with a structure geared towards charming tourism, ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the beaches of Alagoas. Patacho Beach is located on the north coast of Alagoas, Brazil. The nearest airports are Zumbi dos Palmares International Airport (Maceió Airport), located in Maceió, approximately 77 miles away, and Recife/Guararapes - Gilberto Freyre International Airport, in Recife, approximately 124 miles away. These airports are the main options in the region for accessing the beautiful Patacho Beach. It is recommended to rent a car or use taxi/transfer services to get around, as this will facilitate access and transportation in the region.

SUBJECT

These TERMS and CONDITIONS concern the vacation rental of the property managed by MOMENTS STAYS for you.

The properties listed on the website are residential, non-hotel properties, and comply with the rules of the vacation rental law.

You acknowledge that you are aware of local, neighborhood, and municipal, state, and federal laws, and undertake to comply with them, especially regarding "disturbance laws."

You also acknowledge the rules of the condominium where the property is located and undertake to comply with them.

You must return the property and its belongings in the condition in which they were delivered.

Any violation or damage to the property or its items will be your responsibility, with repair costs charged in advance, according to the quote, in addition to fines established here.

IDENTIFICATION AND ACCESS

Information at the time of booking: The number of guests (people and pets) must be duly entered at the time of booking for evaluation, planning, and pricing purposes. The reservation is your responsibility and cannot be made for third parties.

Mandatory Documentation: In addition to you, all invited guests, including children, must present a valid identification document to enter the property or condominium. Without this documentation, check-in will not be permitted.

Visitors: Visitors must be authorized in advance by the host. The presence of unauthorized guests will incur a fine of R$300.00 per additional person for each hour of stay.

SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Accident Prevention: Be sure to turn off all electronic devices and close doors and windows when leaving the property.

Responsibility for Valuable Items: You are responsible for your personal items. Do not leave personal items in common areas or with the property open. We recommend that you store valuables in a safe place.

Damage to the Property: Any damage caused to the property, decorative items, or equipment will be charged directly to the responsible party.

Child and Senior Safety: Children and seniors must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT, AND STAY

Times:

Check-in: From 2:00 PM.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.

Regarding early check-in: If the request is made after this time, and we have availability (property prepared and people available to perform check-in), the request must follow the following business rules:

- Check-in between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, 30% of the daily rate;

- Between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM, 50% of the daily rate;

- Before 5:00 AM, an additional daily rate will be charged.

Regarding late check-out: If a later check-out time is requested and availability permits, the following business rules must be followed:

- Until 5:00 PM, 30% of the daily rate;

- Until 8:00 PM, 50% of the daily rate;

- After 8 p.m., payment of an additional night.

Penalty for Overstaying: 20% of the total daily rate per additional hour, with additional charges if this impacts future reservations.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellation rules prior to the scheduled check-in date will follow the conditions provided for each property at the time of booking. You are responsible for reviewing these information before booking.

In the event of cancellation or no-show on or after the scheduled check-in date, there will be no refund of any amounts paid under any circumstances. Likewise, there will be no refund of rent if you decide to leave the property early.

Changes to reservation dates are only permitted with prior written confirmation from Moments Stays, and Moments Stays is NOT obligated to accept such requests.

PET POLICY

Small pets (up to 10 kg) with up-to-date vaccinations and a friendly temperament are permitted upon prior request.

Maximum of 1 pet (per 2 rooms booked), subject to breed-to-property ratio. An additional fee of R$60.00 per night and per pet is charged, to be included in the total reservation price.

Special cases that do not meet the above requirements may be evaluated upon prior request, based on pet size, length of stay, size, and specific property policies. If authorized, a special deposit of R$5,000.00 (five thousand reais) will be charged to cover any damages or additional expenses related to the pet's stay.
